Introduction

Payaut gives you the ability to control your balances and payouts. When an accountholder has a positive balance, and the accountholder is fully onboarded by payout (after the KYC checks), you can trigger a payout.

Payaut provides two possibilities to manage payouts: (1) Manually via the API and (2) Scheduled.

Manual payouts

Gives you the ability to manage the payout timing and the amount of the payouts yourself. It is possible to payout partial balances, at any date you would like. Manual payouts can be requested through the API or the merchant dashboard

Merchant Dashboard: Seller Payout

To request a payout for a seller first locate the seller in the Seller’s tab, then open up the seller details page. On the page you will find a payout request button for each virtual account. In case no external account (bank account) has been created, you will see a grayed out button “No Ext. Account”.

Click the “Request Payout” button, then fill in the payout request form

In the form you can choose between 1) Complete payout and 2) Partial payout. The complete payout will create a payout request for the full amount available on the virtual account whilst the partial payout will let you pick a potentially smaller amount to be paid out

Merchant Dashboard: Division Payout

Division payouts can be requested on the home screen. Click the “Request Payout” button, then fill in the payout request form

In the form you can choose between 1) Complete payout and 2) Partial payout. The complete payout will create a payout request for the full amount available on the virtual account whilst the partial payout will let you pick a potentially smaller amount to be paid out

Scheduled payouts

Scheduled payouts can be configured per division or per seller, and will trigger the payout according to a schedule. Scheduled payouts can be configured according to the following schedule.

With the payout scheduler, the full available balance at the point of time will be paid out.
